Lawrence Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and wellbeing strategy. Currently serving as CEO and Wellbeing Strategist at Finding EQUILIBRIUM since April 2020, Mitchell focuses on holistic development for leaders. As the CEO for the APAC Region at Wellbeing at Work, Mitchell emphasizes making wellbeing a strategic priority in organizations. Co-founding the Shire Wellbeing Festival, Mitchell has contributed to enhancing community resilience and education on wellness. Previous roles include Wellbeing Programme Leader at SingularityU Australia, Chief Customer Officer at SumoSalad™, and Chief Wellbeing Officer at Reed Business Information, where Mitchell established a global wellbeing strategy. With a background in marketing, including senior positions at Accuity and the Financial Times, and a solid educational foundation in marketing, psychology, and health coaching, Mitchell combines expertise in performance, customer experience, and organizational wellbeing.
