Tove Östman

Tove Östman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tove started their career at IBS Konsult AB in 1997, where they worked as an Ekonomi. From there, they moved on to Hansen Event & Conference in 2003, where they held the role of Ekonom. Their responsibilities included project economics, implementing and training in time reporting and HR systems, as well as payroll administration, accounting, financial statements, analysis, and follow-ups. In 2010, Tove joined Hogia-gruppen as a Kundchef, responsible for customer service, efficiency improvement, customer retention, and staff development. Tove later transitioned to the position of Verksamhetsutvecklare - Business Controller - Projektledare, where they worked on various important projects within Hogiagruppen, providing support and advice to managers and driving business development. In 2017, Tove joined Companyexpense Svenska AB, first as a COO and Project Manager, and then as a Strategic Partner Manager and Project Manager. Their roles involved strategic partnerships, project management, and overseeing operations. Currently, Tove is employed at Findity as a Project Manager and Partner Account Manager, a position they have held since October 2019.

Tove Östman has completed a dataekonomisk påbyggnadsutbildning at Komvux. Additionally, Tove Östman attended Härnösands gymnasium, but the field of study is unknown.
