Michelle Bacharach has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2022. In 2006, they were a Team Leader for The Cal Fund at UC Berkeley. In 2008, they worked as a User Experience Analyst at Big Tent Design, Inc. From 2009 to 2011, Michelle was a Professional Actress in the entertainment industry. In 2011, they were an MBA Intern in Marketing and Distribution at Vuguru, LLC. In 2012, Michelle was an MBA Intern in Digital Strategy at Ready Set Rocket and a Director of Program Management at Univision Communications, Inc. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Sr. Admissions Consultant at The MBA Exchange. Finally, in 2022, Michelle is a Portfolio Advisor at Hatchet Ventures. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of FindMine, a content creation engine for iconic brands and retailers.

Michelle Bacharach received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies - International Innovation Management; Spanish and Portuguese from the University of California, Berkeley. Michelle then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from NYU Stern School of Business, with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, Entertainment/Technology, and Finance.
