Margarita Suvorova

Margarita Suvorova has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent development and organizational development. Margarita is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at FindMyKids since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Openprovider as the Chief People Officer from November 2019 to February 2022.

Before joining Openprovider, Margarita was the HR Director at Pushwoosh from April 2018 to October 2019. In this role, they played a key role in supporting the company's transformation by building the People Department and implementing new people-related processes. Margarita also successfully implemented talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management systems, which contributed to increased customer retention.

From February 2016 to April 2018, Margarita worked as the HR Director at Elcomplus. Prior to that, they served as an HR Manager at Conteksoft LLC from March 2014 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Senior Talent Development Specialist at ООО "Сибстройнефть" from April 2009 to December 2013 and as a Talent Development Specialist at ООО "Газпром трансгаз Томск" from August 2006 to September 2013.

Margarita Suvorova attended Tomsk Polytechnic University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a focus on Information Systems in Technology and Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Margarita has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they received certifications in "Digital Body Language" and "Inclusive Leadership" from LinkedIn. Margarita also obtained the "AGILE TEAM FACILITATION" certification from ICAgile in February 2021.

In 2020, Margarita obtained certifications in "Communicating Across Cultures" from LinkedIn, "Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management" from Coursera, and "How to manage a remote team" from Coursera. Margarita also received the "HR Director" certification from LABA and became a "Team Kanban Practitioner" certified by Kanban University, both in 2020.
