Bob Hougard

Bob Hougard is currently a Director of Science & Technology at Findorff. Prior to this, Hougard worked as a Senior Project Manager for J.P. Cullen & Sons from 2004-2006. Before that, they were the President and Owner of Geo. M. Hougard & Sons from 1987-2004. Hougard has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and has experience in both commercial and residential construction.

Bob Hougard's educational career includes a BS in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as executive certificate programs in Mastering Design Thinking and Managing Complex Technical Projects from MIT Sloan Executive Education. Bob has also completed a Center For Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) program on How to Implement POLCA (Paried-cell Overlapping Loops of Cards with Authorization) in QRM, as well as an Engineering Professional Development course on The Commissioning Process for Delivering Quality Constructed Projects, also from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, Bob Hougard has an executive certificate in Technology and Operations from MIT Sloan Executive Education, and has completed executive certificate programs in Supply Chain Strategy and Management, and Building Organization Resilience - A Systems Approach to Mitigating Risk and Uncertainty, both from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
