Findorff
Menno Huiser has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Menno began their career at Heijmans Beton & Waterbouw, centrale projecten as a Project Engineer intern in 2002. Menno then interned at Van Oord as a Project Planner in 2003.
Menno joined BAM Civiel in 2007, where they worked as a Project Planner on the Hanzelijn Nieuweland Project, a multi-disciplinary railway project. Menno also held the role of Systems Engineer / Quality Manager and Risk Manager / Systems Engineer, where they successfully executed and implemented Systems Engineering techniques and prepared and won competitive bids for highway renovation projects.
In 2009, Menno transitioned to Findorff, where they held various positions, including Quality Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and currently Senior Project Manager. In these roles, they have been involved in managing and overseeing complex construction projects.
Throughout their career, Menno has demonstrated expertise in project management, systems engineering, quality assurance, and risk management.
Menno Huiser's education history begins in 2000 at Avans Hogeschool / Avans University of Applied Sciences, where they completed a Bachelor of Built Environment in Civil Engineering (water management) in 2004. Following this, they attended the University of Twente from 2004 to 2007 and earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering & Management.
In 2006, Menno conducted thesis research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on construction management as part of their master's degree program.
In 2009, they enrolled in the Young Management Program at Nyenrode Business University, further expanding their knowledge in entrepreneurship and leadership.
