Charmaine Gauci

Charmaine Gauci currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Finductive Ltd since March 2022. Prior to this role, Charmaine worked as a Real Estate Manager at Zanzi Homes from January 2021 to March 2022 and held the position of Human Resources Manager at Valhmor from February 2019 to January 2021. Charmaine’s extensive experience in the retail sector includes various managerial roles at Lidl Malta Ltd., where responsibilities spanned from Sales Area Manager to Recruitment, Training & Development Manager. Additionally, Charmaine spent nearly 17 years at McDonald's, culminating in the role of Senior Operations Manager, and began a career in management as an Assistant Manager at Pizza Hut. Charmaine holds an MQF Level 7 degree in Employment Law from the Business Leaders Academy Malta.
