Cristian Sardellitti

Cristian Sardellitti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and maintenance management across several industries. Currently serving as the Site Technical Manager at Findus Italia (Nomad Foods) since July 2024, Cristian leads the maintenance and engineering strategy while overseeing capital expenditure projects related to safety, innovation, and energy. Prior to this role, Cristian held the position of Site Infrastructure & Facilities Manager at Stevanato Group, managing multi-phase construction projects. Cristian also served as Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager at Henkel, where responsibilities included project execution strategy, budget approvals, and continuous improvement efforts. Additional roles include Maintenance Manager at SIMMEL DIFESA S.P.A. and Operations Maintenance Manager at Cogeme Set SpA. Cristian holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale.
