Jeff Kanwischer has had a diverse range of work experience. Jeff started as an Account Manager at EXECUSTAY BY MARRIOTT in 1999, where they successfully established and grew the corporate housing brand in the local market. Jeff then transitioned to Alternative Lodging, Inc./TCHC in 2002, where they served as the Director of Operations & General Manager. In this role, they managed full company operations and staffing, and was responsible for financial planning, reporting, client development, and inventory management. From 2012 to 2014, Jeff worked as a Junior Varsity Coach at Breck School. Most recently, they were the Corporate Sales & Operations Director at Fine Associates LLC, a position they held since 2015. In this role, they focused on business development, planning, and financial well-being, while exceeding sales projections and leading contract negotiations.

Fine Associates LLC has been developing, acquiring, managing and investing in real estate since it was founded by Bill Fine in 1972. Fine Associates has a long and successful history of urban and suburban developments in Minneapolis and other cities. We are experienced in coordination and supervising all aspect of the development process: from conception and site acquisition through land planning, governmental approvals, design, financing and construction, and finally on to marketing and management. Fine associates manages all the properties that it developed and owns, or that have been acquired by Fine Associates and its affiliates.
