Tamara Marar

Tamara Marar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Regional HR Director for Talent & Culture at Fine Hygienic Holding since May 2015, Tamara reports directly to the CHRO and is responsible for steering recruitment strategies and managing a diverse HR portfolio. Previously, Tamara held positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement and HR Country Head, where expertise in large-scale HR programs was demonstrated. With experience as Leadership Development & Talent Acquisition Manager at Specialized Technical Services and HR Team Leader at Housing Bank for Trade and Finance, Tamara's career began as an HR officer focusing on various HR functions. Tamara holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Jordan University and is furthering education in HR Transformation at Cornell University.
