Darleene M.

Darleene M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Darleene began their career at Satair in 1996, where they worked as an Accounting/HR Manager until 2004. Darleene then joined Wilpak, Inc. as a Staff Accountant from 2004 until 2006. Darleene then moved on to The Banker's Exchange, where they served as a Controller and played a key role in upgrading financial reporting and policies. From 2007 to 2018, they worked at Aramark Uniform Services and held various management positions, including Regional Finance Director. In this role, they were responsible for financial oversight of 25 market centers with an annual revenue of over $500M. In 2019, Darleene joined Interface as the Director of Finance Transformation and Enablement. Currently, they are working at Fine Tune as a Business Process Manager, where they evaluate and analyzes existing processes and implements innovative solutions to improve efficiency. Darleene's expertise lies in financial management, process improvement, and team leadership.
