Karin Schwim

Karin Schwim is an experienced real estate professional serving as the Principal Owner of Fine & Country since March 2010, specializing in the Eastern Free State market. In addition, Karin has been the Managing Director of Double Ring Trading 302 since 2005, focusing on the new development and construction of office parks, townhouses, and mixed-use projects. Karin holds a Diploma in Beauty Technology from Tswane University of Technology, completed between 1984 and 1986, and a National Diploma in Real Estate from the University of South Africa, obtained from 2002 to 2006.
