Antonio Brambilla

Antonio Brambilla has extensive experience in compliance and governance, currently serving as Responsabile Compliance Culture & Governance at FinecoBank since June 2005. In this role, responsibilities include providing consultative support on regulatory compliance, executing second-level controls, drafting opinions, managing contracts related to banking and investment services, and overseeing relations with supervisory authorities. Major projects include regulatory compliance with Italian laws (231/01), Whistleblowing, GDPR, MIFID, banking service transparency, PSD, consumer credit, anti-money laundering, IVASS regulations, and complex products as per Consob.
