Gamini Hewawasam, Ph.D., MBA, CTIE has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they are an Official Member of the Forbes Coaches Council. In addition, they serve as the Founder and Introspective Leadership Coach at ManoLead - Center for Action Research on Introspective Leadership, where they facilitate the learning and practicing of introspection for corporate and academic leaders.

Previously, Gamini was the President, CEO, and Founder of Int Terminal, a company specializing in terminal operations. Prior to that, they held the position of President and CEO at FineFinish Engineering, where they provided strategic leadership and oversaw the company's operations.

Gamini also has experience as the Managing Director of GOVIYOO, where they helped farming communities in Sri Lanka and globally by introducing organic healthy products and connecting farmers with international markets. As the Director of Operations at TRAVNET, Gamini worked closely with major airlines, obtained contracts, and provided premium airfares for clients.

In the education sector, Gamini worked as a part-time Faculty Member at the College of DuPage, lecturing and conducting research on the airline industry. Gamini also worked as an Airline Officer at Alitalia Compagnia Aerea Italiana SpA and Sri Lankan Airlines, gaining experience in airfare construction, passenger handling, marketing, and promoting corporate accounts.

Following this, from 2010-2013, they completed a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Roosevelt University. In 2018-2022, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Global Leadership from Benedictine University. Additionally, they hold an Associate in Applied Science degree in Travel and Tourism from College of DuPage. Gamini also possesses a Certified Travel Industry Executive (CTIE) certification obtained from The Travel Society LLC.
