Janne'smost recent position was as the COO and a Board Member at Fineltec Oy. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Flovio.
Janne also served as the Vice President Program Office at GPV and as the Vice President, Program Office at Enics, where they were responsible for the strategic development initiatives and performance management of the companies. Janne initiated company-wide PMO activities at Enics.
Before that, Lipponen held positions at Scanfil plc, where they were the Director of Value Chain Management and the Operations Development Director. Janne also worked as a Director and Partner at Forty-Two Solutions Limited, where they provided supply chain, technology, and logistics services and strategic direction to companies worldwide.
In their earlier career, Lipponen worked at Nokia Technologies as the Senior Manager of Fulfillment Operations and at Microsoft as a Senior Manager in the Fulfillment Center Hanoi. Janne also worked at Nokia as the Execution Management Head Mobile Phones Supply Chain and as the Head of Customer Logistics, Area South Europe, among other roles.
Lipponen began their career at Nokia, where they held positions such as Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Project Manager in Manufacturing Solutions, Product Support Manager, and Factory Project Manager.

Janne Lipponen received a B.Eng in Engineering from Turku University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Process Automation from Turku Polytechnic, completing their studies from 1990 to 1994.
