As a Bookkeeper, they managed accounts payable and receivable, financial administration, bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll. Dagmara also supported the year-end audit and handled tax returns and submissions.

From 2014 to 2019, Dagmara worked at Staycity Group, a leading serviced apartment provider. Starting as an Accounts Payable Assistant, they progressed to handling AP duties, including processing purchase invoices, managing the PO system, and preparing multi-currency payment runs. Dagmara assisted in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, performed balance sheet reconciliations, and prepared VAT returns and management accounts. Dagmara also played a role in the recruitment process and provided training to new finance team members.

Since 2019, Dagmara has been working as a Management Accountant at FINEOS, a market-leading provider of software solutions for insurance and government social insurance. Their responsibilities include managing accounting aspects for FINEOS subsidiaries in the USA, Poland, and Canada. This includes payroll, bank reconciliation, monthly management accounts, balance sheet control accounts, and intercompany reconciliation. Dagmara conducts P&L analysis, ensures compliance with local tax laws, prepares financial accounts, and handles payment authorization.
