Fawad M.

Fawad M. has diverse work experience in the field of support engineering and system engineering. Fawad started their career at Language Link Plus Limited in 2004 as an I.T Support Analyst and worked there until 2009. Fawad then joined Micro Line / Digital Telecom Inc. as a Product Development Analyst from 2009 to 2010. Fawad then moved on to ACTIVE Network, where they worked as a System Engineer from 2010 to 2017. Currently, Fawad is employed at FINEOS, where they started as a Support Engineer in 2017 and was recently promoted to the position of Support Engineer Lead in October 2022.

Fawad M. obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from PAF-Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology, from the year 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they received a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, from 2000 to 2001. Additionally, they also hold a certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, which was obtained in March 2020 from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
