Moussa Ramadan

Moussa Ramadan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Moussa started their career at Mincom in 2004, working as a Software Engineer until 2008. Moussa then transitioned to the role of Technical Support Consultant at Mincom and remained in that position until 2013. In 2013, Moussa joined FINEOS as a Technical Consultant, where they gained expertise in the Group Life and Health insurance industry. Moussa worked with major insurance carriers in the USA, Canada, and Australia, as well as in the Government Accident and Disability Compensation industry. Over the years, they held various roles at FINEOS, including Cloud Ops Engineer, Cloud Deployment Engineer, Lead Cloud Engineer, and eventually Cloud Deployment Manager. In their most recent role at FINEOS, Moussa served as the Cloud Operations Manager, overseeing engineering and database administration.

From 2000 to 2004, Moussa Ramadan studied at the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
