Ringo Gottimukkala

Ringo Gottimukkala has extensive experience in the field of IT and cloud engineering. Ringo started their career as a Java Programmer at AAPT in 2010. Ringo then worked as a Java programmer at Accenture from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Ringo joined FINEOS as a Java Technical Consultant, where they interacted with clients, customized Java code, and provided production support. Ringo worked in this role until 2015.

After that, Ringo joined WorkSafe - Victoria as a Technical Specialist from 2015 to 2018. In this role, they managed critical claim issues, mentored developers, and ensured the uptime of infrastructure within service levels.

In 2018, Ringo returned to FINEOS as a Cloud Operation Engineer. Ringo worked directly with customers, DevOps, and engineering to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. Ringo'sresponsibilities also included cloud migration, monitoring, and using tools like AWS, Ansible, and Jenkins. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Cloud Engineer - Lead, where they mentored a team of engineers and oversaw the management of FINEOS's customer-facing applications, servers, and network.

Throughout their career, Ringo has consistently demonstrated expertise in cloud engineering, technical support, and client management.

Ringo Gottimukkala completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science Engineering from Christu Jyothi Institute of Technology & Science from 2000 to 2004. Afterward, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Masters in Information Systems with a focus on Computer Science at CQUniversity in Sydney. In terms of additional certifications, Ringo obtained the following: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) from AWS Elemental, an Amazon Web Services Company in February 2020, ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in January 2017, Agile Certification from Software Education in March 2014, FINEOS Certification Level 1 in Claims Overview and Configuration Studio from FINEOS in November 2013, VTC Certification for J2EE and XML from VTC Online in 2009, and Sun Certified Java Programmer for Java 1.4 from Sun Microsystems in 2008.
