Thanga Vignesh

Thanga Vignesh has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Thanga is currently working as a Cloud Engineer at FINEOS since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cognizant as a Technical Lead from April 2015 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for designing, building, managing, and operating infrastructure services. Thanga also developed monitoring solutions and worked in an Agile/Scrum SDLC environment.

Before joining Cognizant, Thanga Vignesh worked as a Senior Technical Trainer at CREDO SYSTEMZ from August 2016 to May 2017. Thanga was also a Freelance Photographer at Dark Room Photography from January 2012 to December 2014.

In 2014, Thanga Vignesh had a role as a Procurement Engineer at Nano Tech Solutions. Thanga was responsible for devising sourcing strategies, discovering profitable suppliers, initiating partnerships, and negotiating advantageous terms with external vendors.

Thanga Vignesh's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at St Peter's University and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2012. Thanga then pursued further education at SRM University from 2012 to 2014, where they completed a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing.

In 2019, Thanga Vignesh attended the National College of Ireland and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Cloud Computing in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Thanga Vignesh has acquired several certifications. In 2014, they became a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified by MSME-TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (PPDCAGRA). In 2016, they obtained an ITIL Foundation Level V3 certification from Cognizant. The following year, in 2017, they earned the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification, also from Cognizant. In 2018, they completed the DataStax Enterprise Foundations of Apache Cassandra certification, awarded by DataStax. Finally, in 2019, Thanga Vignesh obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
