Tom Breslin has a rich background in the hospitality industry, serving in various roles such as Chief Steward and Restaurant Manager. With a strong foundation in psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, Tom has also pursued a career in wine and spirits, obtaining a WSET Diploma. Currently, Tom holds the position of Senior Key Account Manager at FINE+RARE, and has previously worked as a Brand Director at amoredrinks, where Tom ventured into innovative combinations like mixing fruit with the Prosecco Grape.
