Brett Finer

Brett Finer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in trading and management roles across various investment firms. As the Founding Partner of Finer Recruiting, LLC since October 2022, Brett Finer previously served as Managing Director and Head of US Outsourced Trading at Jefferies from November 2017 to October 2022. Prior to that, Brett held the position of Director of Equity Trading at Tourmaline Partners, LLC, and served as a Trader at both JAT Capital Management LP and Kensico Capital Management. Brett's career began at Shumway Capital Partners, where roles included Trader and Assistant Controller, and earlier experience includes Trade Support at Fidelity Investments. Brett Finer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
