Janis Marquardt

Janis Marquardt is a highly motivated professional with a background in management and international business. Currently serving as a Founder's Associate at FINESSE since January 2025, Janis has previous experience as a Research Assistant at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, focusing on Behavioral Economics. Additional professional experience includes an internship in investment banking and financial restructuring at Houlihan Lokey and a working student role in private equity at AUCTUS Capital Partners AG.
