Michelle Morgan is a Women's Wear Design Manager with over 15 years of experience in trend-led multi-product design, focusing particularly on jersey and woven separates as well as dresses. Currently, Michelle leads the design team at FINESSE, previously held senior roles at AJIO.com and KOOVS.COM, where they successfully launched numerous collections tailored to various markets. Michelle has also worked as a freelance designer for notable brands, responding rapidly to fashion trends while collaborating closely with buyers. They earned a BA HONS in Fashion Design from Kingston University.
