Ilenia Furlanis

Ilenia Furlanis is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Partner and Investment Banker at Fineurop Soditic S.p.A. since June 2008, with a focus on structured finance. In addition, Ilenia has held a Partner position at World M&A Alliance since January 2015. Prior experience includes a role as Supervising Senior at KPMG from October 2001 to June 2008, where Ilenia was deeply involved in transaction services related to mergers and acquisitions, providing due diligence and engaging with major private equity funds and multinational corporations. Ilenia also served as Treasurer for JADE - European Confederation of Junior Enterprises in 1999, representing a network of young entrepreneurs. Academic credentials include a degree in Economics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed in 2001, and a scientific high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico XXV Aprile in Portogruaro (VE).
