Moritz Giesen

Moritz Giesen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Moritz currently serves as an Investment Manager at FINEXITY since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Investment Manager at Black Manta Capital Partners from December 2021 to September 2022.

Before entering the investment sector, Moritz worked at HFH Hamburger Finanzhaus from March 2021 to October 2021, first as a Project Support and then as an Intern. Moritz also gained valuable experience at BAT, where they worked as a Working Student from September 2019 to August 2020 and as an Intern from April 2019 to September 2019.

Moritz's earlier roles include serving as an Administrative Assistant at HFH Group from June 2018 to March 2019, and as a Market Research Intern at Reemtsma in February 2018. In addition, they had internships as a Consulting Intern at Kolle Rebbe GmbH in January 2014, as a Buying Manager Intern at TOM TAILOR GROUP in November 2013, and as a Marketing Intern at Musterring in September 2013.

Moritz Giesen pursued their education in a chronological order. Moritz started their academic journey at Gymnasium Christianeum from 2005 to 2014, where they obtained their Abitur degree with a focus on Economics. Moritz then attended Hochschule Fresenius from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Psychology. Following this, Moritz continued their studies at the International School of Management in Germany from 2019 to 2021, completing their Master of Science (MS) degree in International Management. In 2020, Moritz had a brief study period at Edinburgh Napier University, where they specialized in Management with a focus on finance.

Additionally, Moritz obtained a certification in "Management Y: Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking & Co." from LinkedIn in June 2022.
