Roxanne D Alessio

Roxanne D'Alessio, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Roxanne currently works at Finfare, starting in 2021, where they hold the position of Head of Operations since February 2022. Prior to joining Finfare, Roxanne worked at Intertek from 2017 to 2021 as a Senior Product Manager. Before that, they worked at Commvault from 2012 to 2017, where they held multiple roles, including Licensing Operations Specialist, Sr. HR Operations Analyst, and Professional Service Operations Analyst. Roxanne began their career at Overlook Hospital in 2011 as the Lead Chemotherapy Coordinator.

Roxanne D'Alessio obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a double major in Operations Management and International Business from the University of Cincinnati. Roxanne attended the University from 2009 to 2011.

Later, Roxanne pursued their MBA in Management with a specialization in Business Continuity and Risk Management from Iona University. Roxanne completed their MBA program in 2015. Additionally, they obtained an Advanced Certification in Business Continuity and Risk Management from Iona College in August 2015.
