Elaine McDonald

Elaine McDonald is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Senior Solicitor at Fingal County Council since January 2020, where roles have included Acting Law Agent and Senior Executive Solicitor. Prior to this, Elaine gained experience at Branigan and Matthews Solicitors, Rennick Solicitors, J.A. Shaw & Co. Solicitors, and McGovern Solicitors, progressing through various positions from Solicitor to Trainee Solicitor. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Planning and Environmental Law from The Honorable Society of King's Inns, a Certificate in Housing Law and Policy from the University of Limerick, and multiple diplomas from the Law Society of Ireland.
