Orla Harte has over 25 years of experience in architectural technology and project management, currently serving as Chief Architectural Technician at Fingal County Council since July 1998. Prior to this role, Orla worked as an Architectural Technologist at Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council from April 1993 to July 1998. Orla holds a Post Graduate degree in Project Management (Level 9) from Trinity College Dublin, completed in 2018, and studied at Technological University Dublin from 1981 to 1984.
