Ashni Lukose

Ashni Lukose has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions in 1997, where they transitioned to a Project Manager. Ashni founded CRAFT in 2007, promoting Indian crafts, and co-founded Zaarga in 2011, an online marketplace for home decor. Ashni served as Product Manager & Director at Peerworks Enterprise Solutions Pvt Ltd from 2014 to 2018, focusing on HR tech innovations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Products at Fingent, where they are driving product strategies and development.

Ashni Lukose completed a Certificate Course in Computer Applications in Fashion Industry at the National Institute of Fashion Technology in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a BTech in EEE from the College of Engineering Trivandrum in 1997. Additionally, they have completed various online certifications, including courses in Human-Centered Design, Information Design, User Experience, and Business Analytics. Ashni also holds edX Verified Certificates in Mindfulness, Resilience to Stress, Empathy, Emotional Intelligence, and The Foundations of Happiness at Work.
