Patricia Reyes has experience in patient care at Finger Lakes Community Health. Patricia also worked as a professor teaching English as a Second Language courses at Dewey University Inc. and as a teacher providing tutorial services to students from K-6 grades at Centro Sor Isolina Ferre - Faro de Esperanza. Patricia has a Master of Education in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Universidad del Turabo and a degree in Chaplain from Fraternidad Internacional de Capellanes Cristianos, Inc.

We also administer a federal migrant voucher program, one of 22 in the country, to provide health services to farm workers in 42 upstate NY counties.
