Cyndi McMillen

Cyndi McMillen is a professional with extensive experience in service contract management and care coordination within health and social service sectors. Currently serving as the Service Contract Coordinator at Finger Lakes Health since May 2011, Cyndi oversees the Service Contract Management Program, which includes managing contractual services across multiple departments and facilities. Previous roles include Resident Manager at Ontario ARC, where Cyndi supervised direct care staff and coordinated care for aging adults with disabilities, and Coordinator of Family Support Services at Arc of Seneca Cayuga, managing various support programs and supervising staff. Cyndi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Keuka College and an Associate degree in Criminal Justice from Finger Lakes Community College.
