Carol Tegas

Carol Tegas currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Finger Lakes Performing Provider System (FLPPS), a role held since 2015. In this capacity, Carol leads efforts to implement the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program aimed at restructuring the Medicaid healthcare delivery system in the Finger Lakes region. Prior to FLPPS, Carol was the Executive Director of the Rochester Community Individual Practice Association (RCIPA) from 2006 to 2015, advocating for high-quality, cost-effective healthcare delivery. Carol's career includes roles as Managing Director and Director of Finance at RCIPA, Financial Consultant at Mpower Communications, and Supervisor of Network Relations at Excellus BCBS. Carol began professional experience as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. Carol holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. John Fisher University.
