Tracy Blackwell

Tracy Blackwell is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in creative strategy and management. Currently serving as General Manager at Fingerpaint since January 2022, Tracy previously held roles including Head of Office, Creative, and Strategy at Fingerpaint from February 2017 to September 2023. Prior to this, Tracy spent 15 years at McCann Echo, advancing from Copywriter to EVP, Managing Director, overseeing strategic planning and creative direction. Earlier career positions include Associate Creative Director at McCann Torre Lazur and various roles at Torre Lazur McCann, Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide, and Thomas Ferguson Associates. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Psychology from The George Washington University.
