Patrick Merlevede is a seasoned Modeling Excellence and Talent Management Consultant with extensive experience since July 1990 at Merlevede.biz, focusing on the drivers of expert performance. As the founder and R&D manager of jobEQ.com since April 2004, Patrick aims to create energizing workplaces through innovative Talent Management solutions in over 30 countries. Simultaneously, as the Principal Owner of Pinehurst NV, Patrick offers consulting and real estate management services in Belgium.
