Alina Sarkissian

Alina Sarkissian has extensive work experience in the field of HR and people management. Alina currently holds the position of Director of People at Fingerprint, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Twilio Inc. where they held various roles, including Director, Talent Development from August 2016 to January 2019, and Director, People Operations from January 2015 to August 2016. Before joining Twilio Inc., Alina worked at Informatica as a Principal HR Business Partner in 2014. Their early career was spent at Visa, where they held the position of Director for over a decade, from 2003 to 2014.

Alina Sarkissian has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Pre-Law from the University of the Pacific. In 2009, they obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®). Additionally, they are a certified practitioner in HBDI® (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument®) and Insights Discovery, although the exact years of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
