Adriana Cavalcante

Adriana Cavalcante is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in project design and management, currently working as a Project Design Engineer at Fingleton White since August 2022, where responsibilities include addressing electrical design queries and performing short circuit calculations for high-capacity plants. Previously, Adriana served as an Electrical Engineer and Electrical Works Manager at Soltec, overseeing electrical and civil design coordination for large photovoltaic parks. Additional experience includes teaching house electrical design at SENAI CIMATEC, working as an Electrical Engineer at Neolume - Energias Renováveis, and holding roles at 3P Energia, where technical coordination and project planning were key functions. Adriana holds an MBA in Project Management from USP/Esalq and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia.
