Shantanu Kafle

Shantanu Kafle is a Principal at Fingleton, where they advise on strategic antitrust and regulatory risk. They previously served as an Assistant Director in Mergers at the Competition and Markets Authority, leading various phase 1 merger investigations. Before that, Shantanu was an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, practicing a wide range of EU and international competition law. Shantanu began their legal career as a Vacation Student at Latham & Watkins in their Singapore office. They hold a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from University College London and a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge.
