Judith Bogonko

Judith Bogonko has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Judith is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Fingo Africa, where they collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the brand's growth and customer experience. Prior to this, Judith worked at APA Insurance Limited, initially as the Group Head of Customer Experience and Innovation and later as the Group Head of Customer Experience. During their tenure, they achieved notable milestones such as implementing an omni-channel solution, winning multiple awards for customer experience, and generating significant revenues through cross-selling and leads engagement. Before joining APA Insurance, Judith worked at ICEA Lion Group as the Head of Customer Service. Judith also gained experience in customer service and investment groups at Liberty Insurance Holdings and the Kenya Association of Investment groups, respectively. Judith started their career as a Data Analyst at Quest International. Overall, they bring extensive knowledge and expertise in customer experience, innovation, and driving exceptional service delivery.

Judith Bogonko has a diverse education history. Judith holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Actuarial Science, which they obtained from JKUAT between 2005 and 2008. Judith furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategic Management at Daystar University from 2011 to 2013.

In 2008 to 2009, Judith attended the Kenya Institute of Management, where they completed a program in Project Management. This was followed by their enrollment at ACII from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Diploma in Insurance.

In 2019, Judith enrolled in the African Leadership Group and completed the Xcelerated Leader program, focusing on Organizational Leadership.

Additionally, Judith has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Judith attained a Customer Journey Architect certification from BrandLove - Experience Design in November 2021. In November 2020, they received a certification in Project Management Tips from LinkedIn. Prior to this, they obtained certifications in various areas including creative problem-solving, customer experience journey mapping, emotional intelligence leadership, coaching for results, and more, all through LinkedIn.
