Pol Mas

Pol Mas has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 as the Chief Product Officer at Eficook, where they were responsible for defining the product roadmap and managing the development team. Pol then worked as a UX/UI Designer at SEAT,SA from 2017 to 2017. In 2018, they held the role of UX Designer at Interiorvista and also worked as a Product Designer at Fail Fast Studio, where they had various responsibilities including being a Product Owner at CaixaBank app, a Functional Analyst at MySEAT app, and a Researcher at DKV. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Product Designer at SafeBoda. In 2020, they joined Kwara as a Product/UX Designer until 2022. Pol then worked as a Senior Product Designer at Goin for a few months before becoming the Co-CPO at Fingo Africa in 2022. Throughout their career, Pol has also gained experience in mentoring as a UX Mentor at Startupbootcamp and worked as a UX/UI Designer at Immfly.

Pol Mas graduated from Universitat Ramon Llull in 2013 with a degree in Design, specifically in the field of Communication audiovisual. In 2016, they attended Ubiqum Code Academy, where they obtained a certificate as a Front-End Developer. In 2017, Pol completed a course on Usability Testing and User Experience from KNOWTECH Training, S.L.
