Adam Schneider

Adam Schneider is currently an advisor at FinGoal. Prior to that, they were with the Global Digital Asset & Cryptocurrency Association, Oliver Wyman, and BlackRock. Adam was also a part of the Canadian Alternate Reference Rates (CARR) Working Group and the Working Group for Operations and Infrastructure of the Alternative Reference Rates Committee.

Adam started their professional career with Chancellor Capital Management in 1991 as their Chief Information Officer/Head of Operations. Adam was responsible for building and developing the technology and operations strategy for the firm after they separated from Citibank. Adam successfully obtained funding for their program and implemented leading-edge capabilities in equity trading, fixed income trading, middle office processing, back office trustee, asset custody, and fund administration. The net effect of their work lowered run-rate costs by 35% while dramatically improving service levels and technology capabilities.

In 1995, Adam left Chancellor Capital Management to join Deloitte as a Principal. Adam remained with Deloitte for over 20 years until 2016, when they departed to join BlackRock as their Managing Director. After a year with BlackRock, Adam left to join the Global Digital Asset & Cryptocurrency Association.

Adam Schneider pursued a management-focused MBA at Columbia Business School after completing their undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
