Jukka Metsälä

Jukka Metsälä has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jukka currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Fingrid Oyj, where they are responsible for finance, treasury, enterprise risk management, strategy and business development. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Gasum, including Vice President of the Traffic Business unit and Vice President of the Biogas Business unit. Jukka was also the Head of the Biogas and Transport Solutions business unit. Earlier in their career, Jukka worked at PwC Corporate Finance as an Assistant Director. Jukka also has experience at Fingrid Oyj, where they worked as a Business Development Manager and later as the Head of Business Controlling. Jukka's career began at Myllykoski Paper Oy as an Assistant. Overall, they have accumulated extensive experience in finance, business development, and management roles in the energy and paper industries.

Jukka Metsälä completed their education in a chronological manner. Jukka first attended the Finnish Army/Reserve Officer School from 1998 to 1999, where they obtained the degree of Captain in reserve. Following this, they enrolled at LUT University from 1999 to 2004, pursuing a master's degree in industrial engineering and management. Lastly, in 2007 to 2008, they attended Hanken School of Economics, earning an MBA in finance.
