Lasse Linnamaa

Lasse Linnamaa is an experienced electrical engineer specializing in grid integration and power generation. Currently serving as an Expert at Fingrid Oyj since February 2021, responsibilities include monitoring grid code compliance and developing grid requirements for the Finnish power system. Prior to Fingrid, Lasse held the position of Project Manager at Caruna, managing high voltage regional network projects, and was Group Manager and Power Systems Specialist at Fortum, focusing on electrical power engineering for power plants. Earlier career roles included Product Development Engineer at Ensto Utility Networks and research positions at Tampere University of Technology, where Lasse conducted work as a laboratory assistant and Master's Thesis researcher. Lasse holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, obtained in 2006.
