The Human Resources team at Finham Park Multi-Academy Trust is responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of employee relations and staff welfare within the Trust. This includes recruiting and onboarding new staff, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The team works collaboratively to support professional development and address any HR-related issues to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce dedicated to delivering world-class education.
