Pham Hong Phuc (Keris)

Pham Hong Phuc (Keris) has been working in the design industry since 2017. In 2017, they were a Graphic Designer at Decal4Bike, where they designed vehicle decals according to customer requirements and checked the printing and decal application process. In 2019, they became a Graphic & UI Designer at Bestay PTE. LTD., where they designed UI for Mobile App & Project Website and created media publications for corporate campaigns. In 2021, they began working at Finhay as a CX Designer, where they discovered and solved customer problems on the experience aspect and collaborated with stakeholders to develop Finhay financial ecosystem towards new goals. Additionally, they are currently a UI-UX Trainer at colorME Hanoi, where they train and guides for basic and advanced UI-UX classes and participates in content drafting and production for UI-UX courses for ColorME training system.

Pham Hong Phuc (Keris) has a Bachelor of Electronics and Telecommunications from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, which they obtained in April 2020. After graduating, they obtained a UI-UX certification from colorME Hanoi in August 2020. In 2021, they obtained a Digital Painting certification from colorME Hanoi in April, and a Design Thinking: The Ultimate Guide certification from Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in November. In 2022, they obtained a series of certifications from Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF), including Agile Methods for UX Design, Conducting Usability Testing, Emotional Design - How to Make Products People Will Love, Human-Computer Interaction - HCI, Journey Mapping, Data-Driven Design: Quantitative Research for UX, Mobile User Experience Design, How to Create a UX Portfolio, User Research - Methods and Best Practices, and User Experience: The Beginner’s Guide.
