Vu Van

Vu Van has a wealth of experience in the financial industry. Vu began their career in 2003 as a Research and Development Department employee at LIENVIETPOSTBANK. In 2005, they moved to BIDV Securities (BSC) as an Investment Banking Analyst. In 2010, they were promoted to Deputy Manager of Corporate Finance Department at VNDIRECT Securities Corporation. From 2014 to 2017, they held the role of Deputy Head- Investment Banking at BIDV Securities (BSC) and Deputy Director Investment Department at https://thaiholdings.com.vn/. From 2015 to 2019, they served as Deputy Director at IR Vietnam Consulting and Investment Joint Stock Company. During this time, they were also Head Of Investor Relations at TMS GROUP. In 2019, they became Chief Operating Officer at Finhay and in 2022, they assumed the same role at Vina Securities Joint Stock Company.

Vu Van has an education history that spans from 1995 to the present. Vu attended Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted from 1995 to 1998. Vu then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Hanoi University of Science and Technology from 2003 to 2005. Most recently, Vu Van obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Hanoi Law University from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Vu Van has obtained several certifications, including a Certificate of Chief Accountant Training from the Academy of Finance, Vietnam in August 2021, a Certificate of Lawyer training program from the Academy Of Justice in March 2021, and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in June 2022.
