Ben Maxwell

Ben Maxwell, SPHR has over 19 years of work experience, starting in 2001 at AMSCO Windows as a Stock and Custom Final Assembly employee. Ben then moved on to The Home Depot, where they held various roles including Inventory Management and Specialty Sales Associate, Training Specialist and Scheduling Assistant, and Specialty Sales Associate - Millwork. In 2008, Ben joined SirsiDynix as a Corporate Recruiter/Senior Corporate Recruiter and worked their way up to become a Global Recruiting Manager, Sr. Talent Strategy Manager, and eventually a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner and HR Team Lead. Since 2019, Ben has been working at Finicity, a Mastercard Company, as the Director, People Business Partner. In this role, they oversee talent acquisition and human resources professionals, manages immigration cases, implements new systems, improves onboarding experiences, assists in M&A transitions, recruits key technical roles, expands the HR team, and provides legal counsel to leaders.

Ben Maxwell, SPHR, began their education in 1998 at the University of Utah, where they completed their general education requirements. Ben attended the university until 2002. In 2008, Ben Maxwell enrolled in Utah Valley University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science with a focus on psychology in 2011.

Additionally, in November 2017, Ben Maxwell obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
