Dan Gradl

Dan Gradl has extensive experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as Vice President of IT Platforms and Application Solutions at JD Finish Line since September 2025. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Head of Architecture and Digital Solutions at Duluth Trading Company from November 2023 to September 2025. Dan's career at Finish Line, which spanned over a decade from November 2012 to November 2023, included various roles including Vice President and Sr Principal Engineer. Prior consultancy experiences include leading significant projects for CNO Financial and Liberty Mutual Insurance. Earlier in the career, Dan worked at HSBC in numerous architectural roles, contributing to global initiatives and managing extensive teams. Dan's educational background includes an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
