Jordhan Banks

Jordhan Banks is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and property management. Currently serving as Leasing Manager at JD Finish Line since July 2016, Jordhan has played a pivotal role in expanding the store base and enhancing revenue through effective lease negotiations and presentations to leadership. This position follows a progression from Senior Leasing Representative to Real Estate Analyst, where responsibilities included developing occupancy budgets and analyzing key performance indicators. Jordhan's prior internship experiences include conducting market analysis at Finish Line and supporting marketing initiatives at First Internet Bank. A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Jordhan holds a Bachelor's degree with honors in Finance and International Studies.
