Kelly Smith

Kelly Smith has significant experience in loss prevention and customer service, holding the position of Fraud Specialist at JD Finish Line since April 2007. Responsibilities include investigating theft in distribution centers and mentoring new associates within the Loss Prevention Department. Additionally, Kelly has served as a Senior Sales Associate at Perani's Hockey World since June 2015, managing store operations and delivering excellent customer service. Previously, Kelly was a Store Manager at LIDS Sports Group and a Support Manager at Walmart, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills throughout various retail environments. Education was completed at Warren Central High School from 1989 to 1992.
